These links and information are provided for informational purposes only and constitutes neither an endorsement nor a recommendation by STFM. STFM is not liable or any inaccuracies in third party links/content. You must obtain written permission from the third party owner before using any third party content.

Teaching Physician Content. All STFM Content is provided on an "as is" basis. STFM makes no representations or warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of the content.

Governing Law:  These Terms and all matters and disputes arising out of the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kansas without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You hereby agree that any dispute, law suit, or other action arising out of the website shall be instituted and resolved solely in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in the state of Kansas.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, unenforceable, or invalid, all other parts shall remain in full force and effect.
